In Line Up for Garner Fireman's Day Parade

Had a great time driving the 64 CDV in the local Fireman's Day Parade with mom Betty, wife Cheryl and puppy Yorkies' Presley and Priscilla. I'm of course proudly wearing my Eastern NC CLC and Classic Cadillac Parts signs on the back. This was a quick picture with the iphone but got some good "cleaned up" pictures before we left for the parade today and will post a few later.
I jumped out and cleaned and waxed the car this morning and bled all brakes one more time after the rebuilt original brake booster and master cylinder a couple weeks ago and have to say they are now perfect! Once you get the brakes, suspension and everything right on these cars they are a pleasure to drive.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
