I have just completed and posted the April 2013 1963/64 Cadillac Chapter newsletter to our Newsletter Page. You can also access it by clicking on April 2013 Newsletter.
This newsletter includes my director's message, chapter updates, website improvements, links to upcoming car related events, and a really interesting article by John Leonard on installing a 6.2 liter L92 sourced from an Escalade and 6L80E 6-speed automatic into a 1964 Eldorado!
In addition, as we continue to celebrate the Golden 50th Anniversary of the 1963 Cadillac, we look at the DeVilles this month and have a member spotlight and story by Doug Meloan with his 1963 Coupe DeVille, include more scans from the original 1963 Cadillac Brochure and Dealer Data Book.
I hope to have the next newsletter out mid to late May, and plan to include a spotlight on a 1963 Park Avenue currently undergoing restoration.

Be sure and check out our April Newsletter with feature on Doug Meloan's 1963 Coupe DeVille and a really cool "Injecting New Technology" article by John Leonard.
I have added 6 more pictures of Doug and Elaine's 63 CDV to the Cadillac Spotlight and moved the photo spotlight box to upper right corner of the screen. Be sure and check out his story in the April newsletter.
We will continue to spotlight 1 member and their Cadillac each month as we roll out the red carpet...or is that the gold carpet... in our 50th Year Celebration of the 1963 Cadillac! Next year the 1963's will take back seat as our focus shifts back to the 64's. Of course we all love both years equally....RIGHT!

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
