Working on the Header Section Today....

I've been working on the header section wanting to pull in the latest CLC log, and create a similar cirucular logo outlined in gold for the chapter. I also wanted to include our formal logo in the center with our web address.  While I liked including the featured caddy of the month it didn't seem as professional as I wanted it. What I can do is put the featured car below the main header. That would make for a larger overall header meaning you would need to scroll down more to get to the content. I may kick that around a bit, but for now will set this as our top section for the website.

I have loaded it to our Chapter Logo's photo album at: https://6364cadillac.ning.com/photo/albums/63-64-cadillac-chapter-l...

Here is a copy of the new header:

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
