Hello,

I am selling a NOS drive link for the windshield wiper transmission assembly (left side). GM part number 4911874. A mundane part, yes, not very exciting, but wait until the day you turn on the wipers and... either nothing or they start flapping around like crazy. That's why I bought this in the first place. It still has its original GM packaging.

Unfortunately I sold my 1963 Series 62 convertible so I don't need this anymore. Hopefully someone on this forum can use it.

I would take $30 INCLUDING SHIPPING anywhere in the lower 48. PAYPAL ONLY.

Thank you,

LucasF

Lucas, If no one else response I will take this as I always like finding the NOS stuff. In fact if you have other NOS parts that fit the 63/64 Cadillacs shoot me an email to jasonedge@nc.rr.com.

Also, I noticed you didn't include your contact email above as you did the other posting. Here it is for anyone interested: lucas.feininger@verizon.net

Also, I confirmed with MPB that this link fits all 1963/64 Cadillacs except the 75 series and Commercial Chassis body styles.

PS. Lucas... I removed the spare from the 64 SDV Arizona car I just pulled in and it is a 1965 rim and I am sure you know the issue with the wider outer lip on the 61-64 rims. Anyway, I have the 65 rim if anyone needs one.   According to MPB these are Parts group 5.803 and part # 1483457 and fit 65-66 exc 75, CC; 67 exc Eldo, 75, CC.  Perhaps if you need one we can do some horse trading.

Sure, sounds good. I am going through my parts stash slowly, will let you know if I find any more NOS items. Most of what I have is used...

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Vintage Air AC

Posted by Chase on March 21, 2024 at 5:55am 0 Comments

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

accumulator dryer

Who rebuilds original AC  accumulator dryers for 1964 Cadillac? I have been on Classic auto air in Tampa FL wait list for over a year ,  There is one on Old air products web site that looks very similar to the original # 21-4214A but states it fits 1962 Gm cars, The one recommended for a 1964 Cadillac is half the length 21-4215A    What  is everyone using ? I would prefer to be as original as possible. Thanks
