How convenient haha! Yesterday I was over at the annual Mobtown Greaseball here in Maryland. The Cadillacs weren't grouped, but there were about ten which is more than I ever see at the local shows. Most of them were all modified. I'll have to post some pictures.

Chris, we were probably 5 blocks down and near the end. They easily had over 100 cars.  There is a Piedmont Car Club that brought 25 cars with their club. We had hoped to have at least 8, but there were a lot of conflicts with members out of town and out of the country. With the 1960 and 1964 CDV's, and Allante and XLR sandwiched between, we did have an impressive "Cadillac Showing" none-the-less!  This year they did not judge and instead gave out Door Prizes. I won a $35 O'Reilly gift certificate which I gave to my brother as I generally prefer AutoZone.. and it is just a couple blocks away.

That's quite the assortment of Cadillacs next to you. Looks like a pretty good turn out.

Chris, Not sure what that was. I think it was some kind of kit car, I think? I never got the details.   It pulled up on the corner after we had been there a while.  Here's a view of the 4 Caddies we had on hand:

The car is looking good Jason, but what on earth is that car parked next to you?

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
