Your lucky that you have additional opportunities to attend additional events...here in the midwest everything seems to come to an end in the next week or so.  There are some events scheduled this coming weekend but the weather is going to be horrible and I won't take her out in bad weather.

I also joined the AACA both national and local with the hope of doing more car events that aren't just local...the local CLC doesn't really do much in the St. Louis area.

Kevin, I hear you completely. I've got my Caddy in reasonable running order and now I've been ready to do some meet-ups and car shows. That's one reason I also just joined the Carolina Region based in the Western part of our state. They are about 3hrs away but provides more opportunity to do meetups with our CLC members and other Cadillac Owners.  My next event is the Carolina Collector Auto Fest at Dorton Arena in Raleigh NC Nov 9, 10 & 11.

Thanks Chris...actually all original chrome but a lot of hours cleaning and polishing the entire car!!

Jason...since purchasing I've tried to do at least one show a weekend unless weather didn't permit! I just put her up for the winter :-(  it's like i'm at a loss as what to do with myself during the weekend with no car shows...

One big event coming late this fall is a new state of the art Cadillac dealership is opening and they have requested that we bring as many of our old Cadillacs to help open the dealership in grand style!!!

Great Pictures Kevin. It looks like  you've been out at some car events recently also.

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
