Painted the inside area with POR-15 because I'm poor and this will make it look a thousand times better. Not sure why it wasn't black from the factory.

You definitely don't see too many classic imports left here on the east coast because of the salt. My car has a lot of rust, but there probably wouldn't be anything left had they skimped out on the sheet metal. They don't make 'em like they used to.
Thanks Jason. I'm thinking i'll do the trunk and the rest of the underside of my car with it. POR-15 dries nice and smooth and it's tough as nails. It should help keep the rust at bay for awhile.
Big difference in the before and after. Looks Great!

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
