thanks tony will pull plugs asap dont think engine is running ho t yust put water pump and thermstat in jan will check all an d get back to yous thanks again
looked at more closely on rt intake one of the ports is also white and top only of rt manifold is all whit e along with top lft ex. manifold is all white someone mentioned it cld be hot plugs
Kinda odd that the manifolds have suddenly frosted (assume a whitish color) within the month. I'm not sure it will matter but where are the leaks? Are they cracks in the physical manifold are where the tail pipe/heat riser attaches to manifold, or where the manifold attaches to cylinder head? You can often take a pipe up to your ear and pinpoint where the leak is coming from. They also sale auto stethoscopes pretty cheap at places like Harbor Freight around where I live.
jason have had car 24 years dont beleive they have been off it is both of them both fully frosted rt one newly leaking lft ono been leaking for a month no paint on them did paint engine blue no on manifolds not sure how long theve been frosted maybe a month
Have you recently painted or reinstalled the manifolds or is this something that just appeared on manifolds that had been on the engine for many years? Is it both manifolds or just one? Is it in one spot or all over? Can you hear or feel a leak? Painted manifolds will burn the paint off if it is not ultra high temp paints or powder coating design for the fire hot blast of the exhaust gases. I've had cracked and leaking RH manifold on a driver car I had a while back and don't remember it being frost color....but I could hear and feel the leak.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
