I'm really looking forward to our local meet-up today with the Eastern NC CLC region and had the 64 CDV out for a spin last night with Cheryl and Lucky. It's cleaned up and full of gas and ready for today!
Yesterday I replaced some of the worm gear hose clamps with tower clamps and worked on a few other odds and ends and she is purring like a kitten!
Here's a quick picture of the Caddy outside our local AutoZone picking up some supplies. That is Miss Lucky looking out the passenger window from Cheryl's Lap. There is no happier pooch than that girl cruising around in the CDV!

Had a fun day yesterday at Grill 57 in Garner with the local Eastern NC CLC Region. Attendance was low due to rain early on but it cleared and we had a great time.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
