Should be showing some skin when ya that position.
Back home with the 63 Caddy. This car lived its life in the Cincinnati area and bought it from two brothers who inherited the car from their dad who drove it briefly, who inherited it from their grandfather who had driven it until the 80's Car is a Series 62 but has some cool stuff like Controlled (Posi) rear end, really cherry tilt steering wheel and dash pad, and other goodies.
My brother Randy and I had a great time in Cincinnati and went into the city last night and had a blast. This has been the 3rd 500 mile trek in a row in which he has joined me and while it seems I have to travel farther and farther to find parts cars (they were literally being dumped in my driveway 20 years ago), these trips to different areas of country have been a lot of fun and it has been great to spend time with my brother on these treks. Look for more on this latest Cadillac Adventure in the next Chapter Newsletter.
I've been looking at the pics Jason, and it would seem, much to my dismay, that the 63 has little window winders/cranks for the quarter glass/vents.
WOW, ya got windows that have to be hand cranked...... insert disgusted look here.
THAT..... would NEVER HAPPEN in a Fleetwood. :-) LOL
...and not on Dino. Of course Dino is in an advance state of Cadillac-ica.. having the power vents, 4 horn set-up and controlled (read Posi) rear end for those mind-numbing 2 wheel burnouts that leave the Fleetwood's shaking their cylinder heads! Yeah, Baby!
Yes, sadly, I have a one legged diff..... called a peg legger in Australia.
But Fleetwood owners don't hoon about either.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
