Coolant hose for 1963 Sedan Deville Park Ave Without A/C
There is a short hose on the top of the motor that connects from a straight pipe on the top of the engine to the water pump. It appears to be a molded hose. I have ordered a master parts book which has not yet arrived. Does anyone know where I could find a new one (before I am forced to fashion some sort of solution)?
The hose is too short to bend heater hose without kinking it. The bend is about 70 degrees, which makes me suspect that heater hose + a 90 degree elbow will also kink.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
