Here is a breakdown of the rate increases Effective April 1:
E-membership from $25.00 to $35.00. Multi-year: ($65 for two, $95 for three)
All periodical from $50.00 to $65.00. Multi-year: ($120 for two, $180 for three)
All First Class from $65 to $100. Multi-year: ($195 for two, $290 for three)
International from $80.00 to $90.00. Multi-year: ($175 for two, $260 for three)
Canada & Mexico from $70.00 to $80.00. ($150 for two, $225 for three)
Life members from $1,250 to $1,500 US / $1,500 to $1,750 International

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
