Good one Steve

For the day some good tips - get there early and do not go up via the Calder Freeway come via Lancefield.   The freeway will be very busy.  I will be there in the Mt Macedon club area near the centre of the park. :Look out for us in the 64 coupe deville and the 57 Fleetwood.

yes JAson that is over in Western Australia. Having just been to that part of the world it is a great spot for a cadillac grand national. Some people from USA are coming to visit Victoria so our caddy club here in Victoria is hosting them around to a couple of very nice private car collections in the Melbourne area, before they head over. Perth is 4000 kilometres from Melbourne so they will be well travelled!

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
