" When you say "boot" are we talking about the cover that goes over the top when it is down ? The top boot has a rubber edge that slides in a channel at the top of the back seat area  and is then secured by the snaps , "

"Thanks Jason. I replaced the reset knob and its still spinning. So it must be the cable. I'll paypal you the $25.00. The wiper arms look great  I thought I could get the wipers local but nobody carries them. I see OPG has them.   "

Passenger side door mirror

I recently purchased a reproduction mirror for my 64 DeVille and am considering installing it myself. There is currently no mirror or holes cut out. I am wondering how involved it will be, as far as taking the door panel off and drilling the holes. Thinking maybe I should have it done professionally. Any suggestions?See More

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 1 Comment

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
