Just to share a few things:

- We will have our next Zoom meet-up this Sunday, Feb 23 at 7pm. I will send a notice out tomorrow with the link then again Sunday. If you cannot make it that is fine, just show up as you can.  I will try to hopefully get back to a monthly schedule after missing January.

- I have surgery March 4 on my left elbow and wrist for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (Carpels Evil Cousin), and have to say I am an absolute 100% true lefty, so many things including typing will be a challenge. It is a challenge now as my left hand feels dead on the left side without much feeling but hopefully surgery and several weeks of recovery will fix that. It has made typing a lot painful and difficult not to mention backing up and correcting my typing over and over! Argh.

- I hope to have the newsletter done before surgery... but we will see.

- I am  trying to get a lot of physical stuff done before I have surgery and will go pick up my next batch of Cadmium plate fasteners and Parts this Monday, Feb 24. I figured if nothing else I can sort bolts with my right hand!  I have also been trying to complete some yard projects including widening my white rock driveway which requires a lot of digging and moving dirt! I am getting there.

- Dino has been perched up in the 12" Race Ramps and I have started getting up under it more and cleaning, painting, and replacing some cadmium plated items. I will start posting pictures again of some of the upgrades.

- I will shut up for now, but will encourage everyone to use this site and post your questions, pictures, etc.  I always like to read and see what you are all up to!

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
