Looking for assistance in removing the turn signal arm from the turn signal assembly on a non-tilt steering column. Does it screw in there or do I need to take this little retainer off the top or ??? Thanks in advance.Also, is there something that keeps the pin in place for the gear shifter arm or does the pin just need to be pushed out? A while back some kids broke into my Cadillac and had a hay day with my steering column gearshift and turn signal lever. Since then the gear shifter would slip and have a hard time going back into park like something is stripped. Just to get the car to start, I had to bypass the neutral safety switch so I knew they broke something.
