Trivia Question 10 - Top 5 States with LEAST New Cadillac Registrations in 1963?
As a follow-up to Trivia Question #9, name the Top 5 U.S. States with the LEAST New Cadillac Registrations in the 1963 Calendar year.
This is for all new Cadillac registrations regardless of body style or model year, but would obviously mainly cover new 1963 and 1964 Model Cadillac registrations.
Whoever lists the states in correct order, 1st gets the Cigar!

A 4 window Sedan Deville, it is Basildon Green. I rarely see any the same color, and rarely any 63 or 64's. It sure is fun taking it out, I get people taking pictures and asking questions everywhere I go! Had it since 2002.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
