Frank, Are you selling the limited slip (optional controlled) differential or a regular hypoid differential? Also, what gear ratio and is this just the differential assembly or the differential assembly along with the rear end assembly? The stamp on front face of carrier will tell you the gear ratio - 1 for 3.21, or 2 for 2.94. There will be a G in front of number if it is the optional controlled differential.
Jus to add 75 Series (limos) and commercial chassis cars used two additional, lower gear ratios. You can check it out out on this Help Page: - Rear End Differentials: Gear Ratios, Controlled Differentials and S...
3.21 regular hypoid differential out of a 1963 series 62 convert made in Nov 1962 with A/C
Thanks for pointing out the missing information
Hi Frank,
I live in Encinitas and have a '64 Eldo. Surprised I haven't seen your car out cruising around.
What condition is the diff in? Other than the 80k miles.
Is it rusty? Rebuilt? Any other info?
I'd like to come by and see it and say hi, and check out your car too.
Let me know, thanks.

It is fine, I found the LSD and made the switch, but there is nothing wrong with it at all. It is even pretty clean, the brake back plates are off of it because I swapped the originals to the LSD - They were powder coated. I have 2 originals that are also pretty clean
My cell is in 760 and is 840 and 1350. My Cadillac is waiting for a master brake rebuild - it is a couple of weeks from being complete again.
Thanks for the info, Frank.
My Eldo is nut-and-bolt restored, but has the 2.94s, so I was interested in the condition of your parts.
I doubt I'll make any changes to mine, as it garnered 97 out of 100 points at the CLC Nats a few years ago, but it'd be nice to meet and see your car when it's back on the road.
Let me know when, thanks.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
