Just as I had done last December with the standard 1963 Cadillacs magazine ads, I have started scanning my 1964 Cadillac Ads, and will post here one by one, then combine into a single photo album and point to from our Ads link in the header. When I am done perhaps there will be some I am missing... maybe not.
FIRST UP for 1964 is one you were more likely to find in the ladies magazines like this one titled "Ladies Twist Cadillacs Around Their Little Fingers" from an issues of House & Garden. In this ad we see a 1964 Coupe de Ville, with the tip of a 1963 Cadillac at the rear.

In our look at original 1964 Cadillac color print ads, I saved this ad for last, as it a very large 2-Page centerfold measuring 20" x 13" and titled Cadillac for 1964 - MORE TEMPTING THAN EVER, which was an ad advertising them for the 1964 Cadillac Model Year. This ad features a Series 62 Coupe above and Fleetwood 60 Special below.
I MISSED ONE!
I was going back over the 64 Print Ads I had recently scanned and found another one I had missed. This is another multi-model year Cadillac Ads that include a 1964 Cadillac, and is a 5th later model Cadillac ads: THE FINEST NEW CAR MAKES THE FINEST USED CAR, which features a 1966 Sedan de Ville in the foreground and a 1964 Four Window Sedan de Ville in background.
Here is an alternate version of an original print ad I had posted back in March that I recently acquired and have scanned. The first and easier to find ad is the one the gentleman gets the Cadillac, while this alternate version, featured in the ladies magazines, has the lady getting the Caddy! I had a low res, slightly blemished digital scan of this ad, but I had kept a filter in eBay for this particular ad since March and recently saw a really nice 9"x13" version of the ad and jumped all over it.
While there were several ads tailored specifically to the ladies, I am not aware of any other single add that had two versions for 63-64, so I think this is a bit unique! What that Check it Out:
First One Up Get's The Cadillac (Ladies Version!)
which features another Four Window Sedan de Ville. Check it out:

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
