May 16, 2024 Finish honing with a Torque plate

1964 Cadillac 429 bored .030 over size. Finish honing cylinders to size for pistons using a torque plate. The torque plate simulates the cylinder head torqued to the block and provides a truer cylinder wall finish and better piston ring seal to the cylinder walls.
