Don't have to adjust points. If installing a new coil as well you will get higher voltage = better spark.
Read these three links and you should be good to go:

Petronix 3 Kim - just remember you need to rewire in full 12 volts for the petronix ignition itself (inside the dizzy) and the coil but you pick that up off the battery and use the ignition voltage signal to switch the relay. With the 64 429s its pretty easy with the dizzy at the front. I did one for a friend with a 59 and it was a pain getting to the dizzy at the back of the engine = you have to stand inside the engine bay to reach down inside and wire it all in! overall though a great ignition system!

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
