He also graded it as a #4...which is very honest. I have no frustration as I'm just sharing with others that if you want to put your car up for sale you should get some clear, well lit, in focus shots. Where as the body shots are dark, distant and in the shade the underside are mostly blurred, dark and hard to really come up with any real understanding of condition of the car.
I have to be careful when commenting on these ebay cars as they very well could be website and/or chapter members, but have to say this is absolutely some of the worst picture taking I have ever seen. The car is in the distance and in dark shade. I sometimes wonder if there is a photo-taking gene that some people lack that would automatically tell them to pull the car into the light and get some shots close enough so you can actually see the car. Other than the crazy note about "This car is a very rare color combination as well with the Sierra Gold (code 46) exterior and a contrasting light sandalwood interior", this looks like it could be a great restoration project convertible for someone and would love to get my Canon Rebel T4I camera on this car in the light! To me, this is one of the most photogenic colors but you cannot tell if it is brown, gold, yellow, green or anything in these pictures. About the only "in sunlight" picture is an unflattering picture of the engine compartment.
If this is being posted by a member, please accept my apology, but have the owner pull the car out into the sunlight and get some good pictures. Buying cars online and via ebay already puts everyone at a disadvantage so the only thing we can go by if we cannot have the car checked out is up close, clear, detailed pictures.

Hey! I’ve seen the 63/64 power booster and master cylinder combination has been covered very clearly. I’m in the process of replacing mine. I was hoping someone could give me insight on a specific…Continue

Hello, possibly looking a neutral safety switch for a 1964 Deville with the TH-400 and tilt steering. Also, possibly looking for an oil filter housing assembly for a 1964 429 motor. Starting to get…Continue

I meant to make this a priority over the winter and didn't get that far. I've tried to source all the parts individually, but that is a daunting task. Partly because I don't want to miss any…Continue

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
