I am a very lucky Man!
I have to say that I am a very lucky man! I showed my wife, Cheryl Edge my batch of re-chromed parts for my 1964 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, and knowing that I had just shelled out over $1000 for the chrome plating for the parts seen in the included picture, she turned to me and instead of complaining about the money spent, she pointed to the stainless steel side trim molding and asked " Can you also have that rechromed." Life is good... it is very, very good!

Thanks guys. I have been asked who did the plating. The plating was done by Atlantic Coast Plating out of Athens, TN. Here is there website: http://www.atlanticcoastplatinginc.com/
For larger bumper ends I use Tri-City Plating out of Elizabethton, TN. Here is their website http://www.tricityplating.com/
I highly recommend both and will read more about both in upcoming newsletters.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
