Note: As part of our Sept 2018 Newsletter, I included scans of the 1964 Cadillac Accessories Brochure.

You can also access it as a PDF version of it at this link: https://app.box.com/s/8rlc4d601mcrpcdb4jvgic6p08wb4z2i

It is also available on our Literature drop down menu in the main header as seen below at bottom of dropdown:

Liking the wire wheel look on this Eldo kinda gets me thinking about putting some on mine .   Very nice car.

Thanks for that Jason, a good read as always and I especially enjoyed the brochure formation. Wouldn't you kill someone just to acquire a full set of those cleaning product tins and stuff.

Bill's 61 Eldo looks gorgeous and is a credit to him. If I was to change anything on that car, it would be to remove the club badge off the grille. Don't be insulted and nothing against the club, but I just think the round badge spoils an otherwise, perfect grille....., what am i saying, make that a perfect car .

When I get some new shoes for my 64 Fleetwood, I'd like to recondition the rims. I'd thought of getting them powder coated, and still plan to eventually, but the $700 quote I received shunted that…Continue

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 14 Comments

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…

Loud air moving sound within carb with cleaner removed

Posted by Dave Fehrle on March 23, 2024 at 3:23pm 8 Comments

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
