Just posting a reminder to everyone to be sure and check out and "Like" our 63/64 Cadillac Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/6364Cadillac.
With the millions of Facebook Members its another avenue to make contact with other 63/64 Cadillac Owners and a great place to direct people here to our main sight. I sort of consider our Facebook page as the 63/64 Cadillac "Lite" website! If you are on Facebook be sure and check out our page and give us a Like!.
Speaking of "Liking" something I know we have a "Like" feature here on the new site and guess its a way to "ping" each other to say hey..that's pretty cool without posting a message. Likes showup on the Main (new activity) page so its another way also to bump something up without replying.
I will leave using this feature up to each of you for now. There are a few features I'm still a bit unclear here. The "Friending" thing is something I'm not quite sure about and have not really looked into it. Since I invited most of you here I think we are friends but not sure! LOL
There was a cutesy "give a gift" feature that I quickly turned off within a couple of days that seemed like those frilly (and for me usely) little gift things that degrade the Facebook experience for me.
Like I said, it will take some time to figure everything out and see what we want to use, what to turn off, what to turn on. For instance there is a chat feature I can turn on that would show up at the bottom.
At this point having a website just 1 month after we were told the old site was shutting down I'm very pleased with our site and the direction we are heading! Wrapping this ramble up and tying it back to Facebook, there are some cool integration features with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc and will look at using these feature to making "hooking into and sharing content" with our site that much easier.
Jason.

I meant to make this a priority over the winter and didn't get that far. I've tried to source all the parts individually, but that is a daunting task. Partly because I don't want to miss any…Continue

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
