I lost my dad 6 years ago today to a senseless Catheritization gone bad, but remember and miss him everyday. He was a HUGE influence on my fascniation with cars, and a BIG help in getting my hobby with 1963 and 1964 Cadillacs off the ground.
I created a slideshow and posted on my YouTube page which you can also see below. I know your father's influenced many of you in your affections for cars and Cadillacs and thought I would share.

Great memories David.
Yep..I've got pictures of me and mom at 13 and we look like the same person! LOL
Wow Jason! That is a beautiful tribute! I lost my father in 95 to cancer. The song & slide show really brought back fond memories of my own. I can't remember the last time I cried as much but it was probably when working on Caddy and things weren't going well LOL.Great job! I like your Father Day idea too.
P.S. You look a lot like your mom.
Thanks Tony, When I heard the song by Colin Hay last year I just thought it was such a simple but powerful song, and really hit home. Most of my pictures with him are pre digital but in time want to get all of them scanned in sometime. Perhaps around Father's day we should share "dad" stories and pictures and perhaps include in the June Newsletter.

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Who rebuilds original AC accumulator dryers for 1964 Cadillac? I have been on Classic auto air in Tampa FL wait list for over a year , There is one on Old air products web site that looks very similar to the original # 21-4214A but states it fits 1962 Gm cars, The one recommended for a 1964 Cadillac is half the length 21-4215A What is everyone using ? I would prefer to be as original as possible. Thanks
