Starting to part out the 63 CDV. most roofline molding including the roof rear, rear qtr, and side and front panel trim is nice, as is many other pieces. You can see more pictures on my Facebook Photo Album at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.489530027761377.102162.38....
I thought the picture above with qtr panel cut out was cool as you sell all of the RH rear qtr window regulator and window intact.

To save us both time provide year, specfic body style, and specfic part, preferably using Shop Manual names for parts. The above car easily has 40 + trim pieces and don't know how often I get an email that says "have you got window trim for a 63 Cadillac". With 12 body styles across 3 body series that's a lot of trim combinations!

I'll save the above somewhere so I don't have to type it out again! LOL
Trunk lids are all the same core shape and fits all body styles for same year. For 63 you have FLEETWOOD and ELDORADO script on right lower lip of trunk lid, but not on the other body styles, meaning you would have holes to fill and/or drill depending on the swap. For 64 the Eldorado, Fleetwood 60 Special and 75 Series had a wreath around key lock, and 62 series and DeVilles had the V with diferent holes, also meaning holes to fill and/or drill depending on the swap.
Hoods from all 62 Series, DeVilles and 60 Series (regular) body styles fits other 62 series, DeVilles & 60 Series body styles. They do not fit the 75 series (limos) and Commercial Chassis body styles that have a shorter hood.
Also to add the 63 and 64 regular body styles share the same core hood, however the 63 has the hood extension (triangular painted metal piece) mounted to front lower lip of hood, whereas the 64 has it integrated with the upper grill assembly. You can use a 64 hood on a 63, but need to transfer the hood extension to the 64 hood.
Also, while the core hood between the 63 & 64 regular body styles are the same, you have a bigger V on 64 62 series and DeVilles, and a wreath introduced in 64 on hood of the Fleetwood 60 Special, so new holes have to be drilled, unless you want to use the same hood ornaments on the one you are replacing with.
Same type issues between 63 & 64 75 series and CC hoods. You can use a 64 hood on a 63, but same issue aove apply regarding the hood extension, and ornaments.

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Who rebuilds original AC accumulator dryers for 1964 Cadillac? I have been on Classic auto air in Tampa FL wait list for over a year , There is one on Old air products web site that looks very similar to the original # 21-4214A but states it fits 1962 Gm cars, The one recommended for a 1964 Cadillac is half the length 21-4215A What is everyone using ? I would prefer to be as original as possible. Thanks
