The meet headquarters hotel is Fort William Henry, right in Lake George, NY.  It is one of the larger hotels in the area.   Due to popular demand, many of the base rooms were sold out a few weeks after the 2013 CLC Grand National , but feel free to contact them to check on any cancellations (Promo code is CLCGN ).  However, there are many hotels very close to Fort William Henry.  12 additional hotels have been contacted to accommodate the estimated number of guests for the event.
