429 and TH400 rebuilder in central NJ?

Hey gang --- I'm stripping the A/C system out of my 64 Coupe deVille for rehab. I also need to repair a rust hole in the pass fender lower area. Since I am doing all of this work, I am considering pulling the driveline and getting it rebuilt. The car runs "okay", but it leaks oil *everywhere*. It has just shy of 90K on it. Untouched. Cork still in the front of the crank. It might not be a bad thing to go through it before anything really bad can happen. Car is all original and unrestored.

Anyone know who in particular in NJ might be extra good on a 429? Or on a 64 TH400?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up.
