With my new privacy fence complete down the side of driveway, several palates of building material out of the way, and my last parts car up on the car  hauler and not blocking my 64 CDV 'Dino', you will see that car out on the street much more in the coming weeks and months.

Since I will be out of town Sept 26 to Oct 5 on my trip to San Antonio, I jumped out with Dino today and did some local cruising. I strapped my Yorkie Presley into the front seat, and we headed out. I was coming around the front of our house and thought I would give my 4 horns a blast and hear what it sounds like from my Nest Camera. If you play the very short video clip TURN UP THE VOLUME, and look for Sheriff Presley with his head out the window. We lost my other Yorkie Priscilla two weeks ago (Presley's 11 year old sister) and it feels weird with one pooch in the car. But this does give me the chance to move him up to the front. I think he thought he was the Sheriff sitting up front! We will have much more cruising when I return!

Jason,

Your place looks great.  I love that Presley rides with you.  It's a great video; especially to hear the distinct horn!

Thanks. It is great to get the Caddy back out after being blocked in forever it seems. You will be seeing a lot more of this car in the coming year.

My reservoir is a little low. Any recommendations on my purchase of refill fluid? There are likely new fluids and I’d like to buy the right product. Thanks. Continue

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 14 Comments

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
