In addition to serving as the front engine cover, the 1963/64 Cadillac front engine cover also provides mounting for several other engine components. Who can list them out for the cigar?

This was definitely a group effort and Russ, Tony and Robert all get a cigar!
So here is a recap of components the front engine cover provides mounting, in addition to serving as the front cover, and providing timing marks:
oil pump, fuel pump, water pump, distributor, oil filter, oil filler tube, front seal, and partially for the oil pan.
Y'all forgot about the fuel filter housing.
Not mounted to front cover, but is mounted to oil filler tube which Robert added. ...and of course oil filler tube also provides mounting for the oil filler tube cap. If we did the “Kevin Bacon” 2nd degree of mounting the list would probably run the into the dozens. Point here was to list those things directly mounted to front cover.
Bottom line was that the front engine cover was the ”Swiss Army Knife” for the 1963/64 engines!
Russ, I thought about that as I was drifting off to sleep last night; wife says I should get a life...

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
