thanks Art - Bin 40 is a Lindemans wine from the hunter valley - beautiful part of Australia and perfect wine growing country. i get it now with the model differences.
The 1963 & 1964 Eldorado 6367 body styles command more money as they were produced in less #'s, and were equipped with more standard features, and more luxurious ammenities.
In 1963 there were 1,825 Eldorado Biarritz Convertibles produced vs the 17,600 62 Series convertibles produced.
In 1964 there were 1,870 Eldorado Biarritz Convertibles produced vs the 17,900 DeVille convertibles produced.
Other than styling and other shared changes between 63 & 64 such as the introduction of the hood and trunk wreath for Eldos and Fleetwoods:
- the 63 Eldo had fender skirts but the 64 Eldo did not,
- the biarritz part fo the name was doipped in 1964, but was not part of the 1963 badging,
- the 1963 62 series convertible came with "DeVille Interior, and actually moved up to the DeVille body series but retaining its 6267 body style code

Thanks Art so what does Biarritz mean? there are 63 / 64 covertables for sale here in Aus for the same price so to me its way overpriced for a car thats in the USA. maybe the Biarritz thing makes it worth more but you say no way...
does the Biarritz tag make this caddy more desirable?
Another ebay listing we see over and over.....and over and over!

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
