Thanks for the like Richard. I just watched my video again, and glad I recorded it on its 50th birthday! Makes you wonder where the Caddy will be at 75 and 100 years old? Hopefully at 75 I'll still be kicking and with it... 100 would be a stretch! I might be in the trunk! LOL
Thanks Michael. I like to tell people I've restored about 2/3's of this car, and probably want to go back and redo about 1/3 of the 2/3' I've already done. Bottom line, I have many years of restoration enjoyment to look forward to. Since I'm probably realistically several years from a Grand National with it, I'll keep picking away at the smaller items, and occasionally tackle the big stuff like the engine rebuild 2 years ago, and the Comfort Control system some time in the future. I'll hit the big 50 myself at the end of the year (like my Caddy did on March 19), so hopefully I have a few more years ahead of me to get 'er done!
Thanks Gunnar and a belated happy 50th birthday to your CDV! I think it is cool to know the "build date" of our cars and was chuffed that I could roll out the videos, newsletter feature, pictures, etc exactly 50 years to the day after my Caddy was built! The 63's and 64's have definitely stood the test of time in so many ways.

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
