A little late posting, but figured some may enjoy seeing it post holiday to keep the winter blues away!

My wife, Annie, and I had a great time with the Fleetwood before the salt hit the roads here in Central Illinois.

We participated in our local Christmas Parade and was able to haul Mr and Mrs Claus as well! The parade was a great time and the car looked FANTASTIC! Though our candy was froze by the end, it was great to get the car out one last time before the big sleep for winter!

We also enjoyed about a 45 minute trip to a cut your own tree farm, Talbots Trees, for our Christmas Tree this year. The vinyl top made the choice to haul the tree ON the car that much easier! Use your car, youll make all kinds of memories!

Little did we know, the tree we picked was home to 2 large egg sacks of praying mantis. About 2 weeks after the tree was inside and warm, we were greeted with hundreds of little tiny friends. The sack that hatched, well, they met the inside of a vacuum bag. We did successfully find another sack that we placed in the bushes outside. Perhaps they will survive the winter and hatch OUTSIDE in the spring.

Hope everyone in the club had a fantastic holiday and is enjoying the New Year!

Hi Logan,

Great pictures of your car and both of you enjoying the holiday.  Like us in NY, too snowy and cold now to take out the classic cars.  I enjoyed the write up - Happy New Year!

Love the decorations.

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 14 Comments

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
