I have been working with Dave Leash, the CLC Sales & Marketing Rep, to set up our own Chapter Store on the GM Club Apparel website at https://gmclubapparel.com/collections/classic-cadillac-collection If you go to the website and click on GM Club Chapter Stores you will see that several Regions and Chapters already have their own “store”. We actually already have a placeholder at https://gmclubapparel.com/collections/clc-1963-1964-chapter The cool thing is there is no charge to set up the store, we don’t have to purchase inventory, and there will be a variety of styles, colors, and different types of items.
In the past, we have had the one T-shirt which has served us well, but I would normally buy $500 to $750 of shirts and try to guess how many of each size to get. This will open things up for us. If you go through the screens for some of the regions and Chapters you will see a lot of options. I needed to start with something and gave him hi res copies of our logo and asked for the following: Cotton Polo shirt, T-Shirt, Fleece Lined Wind Breaker, Lightweight Mesh Lined Windbreaker, Ladies T-Shirt, Ladies Cotton Blend Polo, Chapter Hat, Coffee Mug.
Dave has spent considerable time working on our logos so they will fit caps, shirts, and to create embroidery designs. What I was most impressed with was what he did with our original design with the 1963 and 1964 Cadillac we used for the back of our shirts. I have to stop and give a big shout out to chapter member Ray Bombeck who came up with the original design in a logo contest we run way back in January 2011. I always wanted to take Ray's concept and pull in some hi res versions of the 63 & 64 front clip; however, Dave has taken care of that with a bit of input from me on a couple of minor items.
So, check out the old log and our new and improved log large logo below. I will be sharing a lot more about this in the near future!

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?
My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.
Many thanks,
-Samu

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
