As a follow-up to Trivia Question #9, name the Top 5 U.S. States with the LEAST New Cadillac Registrations in the 1963 Calendar year.
This is for all new Cadillac registrations regardless of body style or model year, but would obviously mainly cover new 1963 and 1964 Model Cadillac registrations.
Whoever lists the states in correct order, 1st gets the Cigar!

1 Alaska 2 Wyoming 3 Maine 4 Idaho 5 North Dakota
...and we're off! Robert nailed #1, Alaska with only 89 New Cadillac Registrations in 1963. He also nailed North Dakota at #5 with 289. He also listed Wyoming which is in the Top 5 but not in the position he indicated. and for FYI, neither Maine nor Idaho are on the Top 10 of least new registrations.
So, with that, so far we have:
1. Alaska 89
2. ???
3. ???
4. ???
5. North Dakota 289
...and with Wyoming somewhere in the Top 5
Montana would most likely fit somewhere in the 5 or top 10.
Montana is # 7... filling in the blanks that gives us:
1. Alaska 89
2. ???
3. ???
4. ???
5. North Dakota 289
6. ???
7. Montana 447
8. ???
9. ???
10.???
and still looking to see where Wyoming fits in the Top 5
Mississippi and Arkansas are out of the top 10... Mississippi at #14 with 681 and Arkansas at #18 with 825.
1 Alaska, 2 Hawaii, 3 Wyoming, 4 Vermont, 5 North Dakota
Ronnie ....almost has it! Hawaii, Wyoming and Vermont do complete the 3 missing states but none are in the right order. I do think you should at least get a cigarette for getting the 3 remaining states...if not in the correct order.
So we have
1. Alaska 89
2. ???
3. ???
4. ???
5. North Dakota 289
6. ???
7. Montana 447
8. ???
9. ???
10.???
and we know that Hawaii, Wyoming, and Vermont are in the Top 5... just need the correct order.
Gotta be: 1 Alaska, 2, Vermont, 3 Hawaii, 4 Wyoming, 5 North Dakota
Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a Winner! Ronnie Lay gets the Cigar!!
He correctly listed all Top 5 of least new Cadillac registrations in calendar year 1963. Below I will fill in with the actual totals and complete the Top 10:

3. Hawaii 229
4. Wyoming 238
5. North Dakota 289
6. South Dakota 316
7. Montana 447
8. New Hampshire 450
9. Utah 522
10. Delaware 526
Hey, my 63 Sedan Deville was one of the 522 registered in Utah that year. I have the original title and registration! Very cool. Another random fact, my son was born June 7th 2011, 48 years to the day my car was driven off the lot.
Now, those are two cool facts for your 63 Caddy!
and what colours were they...... LOL :-)

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
