For any new members joining the Cadillac LaSalle Club I have a couple dozen copies of the August Self Starter that spotlights the 1963 Cadillac  that I will throw in with a chapter shirt order.  When ordering a chapter shirt just remind me to throw in an August Self Starter.

Tony, The pleasure is all mine. I live and breath these 63 and 64 Cadillacs and the fact we have several Chapter Member 1963 Cadillacs, including your 1963 Fleetwood, in the August Issue of the Self Starter is just so cool for me and our chapter!!!!

For any of you that have not checked out our latest newsletter featuring Tony's very fine  Fleetwood, check it out at this link: http://6364cadillac.ning.com/profiles/blogs/member-cadillac-spotlig...

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 13 Comments

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
