My chapter newsletter has been morphing here and there as we go along but had kind of a "light bulb" moment this past week as I thought about the March newsletter, and future newsletters, and the 50th annivesary of the 1963 Cadillac upon us right now!
I have kinda sketched a plan in my mind about how we will celebrate the 1963 Cadillac's Golden Anniversary the remainder of the year in each newsletter, but need member Cadillacs to spotlight. Looking to next year, we will then turn our attention to the 1964's and will in turn celebrate their Golden Anniversary!
I have some specfic "content" stuff to include but really need Member Cadillacs to spotlight in each of the remaining 10 months in 2013. Preferably, I need 4 to 6 nice pictures with at least one picture of you with your 63 Cadillac to continue the theme I started with the January and February Newsletters. If you have a 63 Cadillac, and would like to be spotlighted, please consider putting something together including a few pictures and an article to go along with it.
As far as the article it should be long enough to provide some detail of your history of the car but please done submit a novel. Anything from a couple of paragraphs up to about 800 words is good.
To inspire you all please check out the January and February Newsletter covers, and consider submitting your 63 for a cover spotlight story!
If you have something just send to jasonedge@nc.rr.com.

Looks like I have member 1963 Cadillacs to spotlight in March, April and May. Be sure and get your write-up with pictures in as we now have just 7 feature slots left as we Celebrate all things 1963 Cadillac!

Hey! I’ve seen the 63/64 power booster and master cylinder combination has been covered very clearly. I’m in the process of replacing mine. I was hoping someone could give me insight on a specific…Continue

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
