I just forwarded my latest email to you to Charles.sondergaard@yahoo.com.
Jason.
Yeah about 5 years ago I shipped out 6 or 7 blocks to that one big rebuilder....I forget their name.
ps..maybe the crate was new ...but not the engine...hee, hee. I just find it funny that someone would even post something like that and then pictures like this with no clarification. Check out the question and answer below on the listing...just as vague.
Gotta love the "Newly Rebuilt Crate Engine".
Looks like either someone forgot to install it or at least wash off the "externals----> and just below it says engine starts.
I'll just say that at $200 current bid it is in line with what I see but as a convertible parts car I'm sure it will go up a bit in the next few days. If it stays low enought I might even head down to Florida again. It would be worth the trip just for that New Crate Engine" ;-)

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
