Hi Mike,
It's cool that you bought one of the ebay cars posted here a few weeks back (I assume you found it on your own and not here). We have over 400 members at this site since moving from the old Multiply hosted site back on Aug 9 and many knowledgeable members. You can see the members and go to their pages by clicking on Website Members up top.
As far as your parts we have several "in house" parts sellers including Your Truly. :-) You will see me listed up to on the Parts Suppliers page (see tab up top). I will have nice reasonbly solid fenders from the 98K mile 64 DeVille Convertible I'm parting out and should have all of the side molding trim in nice straight condition. Fenders can be a pain to ship, and generally leave big items like this to the customer to pick up or arrange shipping, however, there is an UPS store within a couple miles of my house that has shipped many big/heavy items for my customers. For side molding trim I almost always ship in PVC pipe to protect. It adds a tad tot he weight and shipping price but very well worth the extra protection. If interested in the fender I have and side trim shoot me an email to jasonedge@nc.rr.com Also feel free to post a "Parts Wanted: " message blog here on the site.
This site is hosted by the CLC (Cadillac LaSalle Club) 63/64 Cadillac Chapter in which I serve as director and invite you to also join the CLC (if not a member) and our chapter (free with only requirement that you are a member of the CLC). See all the CLC related links up top.
Again, It's great to have you with us and congratulations on you New (old) Caddy!
Jason.

Hey! I’ve seen the 63/64 power booster and master cylinder combination has been covered very clearly. I’m in the process of replacing mine. I was hoping someone could give me insight on a specific…Continue

I meant to make this a priority over the winter and didn't get that far. I've tried to source all the parts individually, but that is a daunting task. Partly because I don't want to miss any…Continue

Hello, possibly looking a neutral safety switch for a 1964 Deville with the TH-400 and tilt steering. Also, possibly looking for an oil filter housing assembly for a 1964 429 motor. Starting to get…Continue

Hey guys,
I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?
