"I had that problem. My wipers would also take several seconds to start after after the switch was turned on. In my case it was a very easy fix. I just removed the wiper motor front cover, cleaned up all the old hardened, sticky grease with solvent…"

All,My 1963 Series 62 convertible's wipers sometimes stay on after I turn them off. This is annoying as I usually have to find a speedbump or pothole to hit to turn them off!The issue is that the relay coil (marked in image below) is sticking. Is there any recommended lubricant or other fix to prevent this coil from sticking? "I would pull and test the gauge before replacing it. 15 ohm should put it right at the half tank mark and 30 ohm just past the full mark. "

So I am troubleshooting my fuel gauge issue. I bought a new sender and tested it. It  it goes from 1-ohm (empty) to 35-ohm (full). When I test it (outside the tank), when the float is in the up (full) position it only moves the gauge to about 1/2 full. When at the bottom (empty) position the gauge shows empty.
