Houston we have a problem!

While enjoying the fruits of my labor on all new rear suspension and driving every chance possible, I started to notice a clunking noise and difficulty keeping the car straight!  Immediately took it back to the garage and climbed under it and noticed this! See picYikes! Either I didn’t tighten the nuts down enough or the bolts broke! So now its a new spherical joint…See More

Anyone Aware of a Raised Roof 75 Series?

I received the email below and did not remember a raised roof 75 series but thought I would post here. Anyone know of or ever hear of this car?"I am a volunteer at Hillwood Museum and Gardens, the former Washington home of cereal heiress Marjorie Merriweather Post. Mrs. Post owned a 64 model 75 on which she had the roof raised 6 inches to accommodate her hats! My question is: Does anyone know if this car still exists and it's whereabouts?."See More

Gump(Pat Westphal) you’re a gosh darn genius!

So I have been having problems with my brake lights. At first I thought it was both sides and turns out it is only the drivers side. Also, I thought the blinker worked and it didn’t and turned out that the back up light worked before I started this journey. I was trying to get the plug out from under the license plate and probably unknowingly partial removed it!  Then on Sunday’s zoom meeting Pat recommended pulling the plug by the plate. Of course I zeroed in on the bulb and sweated over…See More

1963 RHS A/C kick panel - photos needed

Posted by SK on June 2, 2025 at 2:20pm 2 Comments

Could someone post front and back photos of the 1963 right-hand kick panel with A/C?

My car didn’t come with the original kick panels, so it's a bit of a mystery to me how I should cut the backing board and carpet to fit around the A/C.

Many thanks,

-Samu

Edelbrock Carb Block off Plates

Posted by Chase on March 12, 2025 at 2:05pm 14 Comments

Hey guys,

I have installed the same Edelbrock carb and have done everything the same as Jason’s carb and intake project. In the spring and summer months the car starts, runs and idles great! In the fall and winter months on a cold start, the car starts awful and wants to die until it warms up. I have to keep my foot on the throttle until it warms up or it will idle just terrible and try to die. Once it’s warm, it runs fantastic! Whats going on here? I was thinking of removing the…
