I need member cars to spotlight and have just scanned through the many pictures already uploaded to the website and picked out a few and commented. I'm sure I've left out 95% of you so if you want your Caddy spotlighted upload a picture and send me an link or email me a picture and will spotlight it on the website one upcoming week!
Jason.

I didn't have a car to spotlight this week so I volunteered my own 64 CDV which I have nice and clean for the Classics at the Capital Car show in Raleigh, NC this weekend.
If you check out the 'Cadillac Spotlight' tab you will see my pride and joy below spotlighted.
If you would like your Cadillac Spotlighted for a week send me an email to…

The Carter AFB and Rochester 4GC were used on the 1963 & 1964 Cadillacs. There was not specific body style, or setup you would see one or the other used and will find either on any particular Cadillac. There were specific model #'s and differences and have posted information I have collected over the years. This might not be complete, but includes the notes I have on file and welcome any updates.
According to the 1964 to 1969 Master Parts book page 219, The 1964 Carter AFB…

adillac offered an optional "controlled differential". This is also known as a limited slip/ or posi-traction rear end. Unlike a regular rear end, that directs power to the wheel with least traction, a controlled/posi rear end directs power to the wheel with…

While checking my Carter carb with engine running, I took the air cleaner off and there was a very loud hissing sound of air. I placed a piece of paper over the carb and it didn’t move up or down, is this normal?

Hey everyone, has anybody done a Vintage Air AC/Heat setup in their car? I want to bypass the old vacuum setup and go with a Vintage Air Gen 2 model. Before I get started, does anyone have any experience with this? (Which model to go with, do’s and dont’s, etc.) It looks pretty involved. Any and all info/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
