I installed a tilt steering column from a 63 Caddy parts car in my 63 convertible and am having trouble with the horn. Does anyone recall if there are spacers, insulators, or washers around the plastic backed, brass horn ring? I can't tell from the service bulletin, but the horn shorts out and the contact ring is the location of the short. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

guys why would my exhaust manifolds be turning frost color i think they have slight leaks would that cause it thanks for any input

Some of my vacuum tubes are getting old and a bit brittle. Where can I get some new with the correct color-lines? Any tips?
